Easy Vegan From Japan is a company I learned about when I was looking for Gluten-Free and Vegan Jerky & Meats. I haven’t tried their products yet, but I look forward to sampling them very soon.
These Jerky Treats are made from konjak AKA the elephant foot yam. Also featured are a miso based crumbled meat and parmesan style cheese flakes.
